Normally after usingcement brick machinein a period of time,the filter shell will have impurities at the bottom which will affect the operation.
1.Before cleaning brick making machine, you must use the hydraulic oil which is the same model as system, hydraulic oil temperature have to be controlled in a certain range, about 45-80℃, and wash away the impurities in oil tank with large flow as much as possible in the hydraulic system.
2.We suggest to clean the oil tank more than three times, better to release all hot oil after cleaning. The cleaning work is completed and then clean the filter, with particular attention to add new oil when replacing the new filter
3.Dismantle the oil cap, oil filter, inspection hole, oil pipe and other parts, make sure to avoid dust, the demolition parts must be cleaned before opening
